About Marbles

At Marbles, we help organisations build strong, healthy workplaces – the kind where people enjoy what they do, and businesses see the results in performance and productivity.

We partner with small and medium businesses that want practical, down-to-earth HR support. Whether it’s recruiting great people, sorting out systems, or handling tricky employment issues, we offer solutions that fit your goals, your team, and your budget.

Our approach is simple: we get to know your business, understand what’s working (and what’s not), and find better ways forward. We believe good HR isn’t about policies or paperwork – it’s about people, relationships, and clear communication.

We work across a wide range of industries and especially love supporting teams that care about doing right by their people.

Marbles has strong values.  We act with integrity, we are objective, empathetic and dynamic in the way we respond and react to your needs.
